📦 Service & Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, slight delays may occur, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Payment Terms:
All orders require 100% advance payment via bank transfer or our secure merchant payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Shipping Regions:
We currently deliver to major cities across Pakistan. If your delivery address is not serviceable, we will contact you immediately after order placement.
Delivery Timeline:
Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days from dispatch. We use express logistics to preserve mango freshness and quality.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are already included in the product price — no extra charges at checkout.
Packaging:
Mangoes are packed in eco-friendly 5 KG cartons designed to prevent damage during transit and preserve fruit quality.
Delivery Issues:
If your order is delayed, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
💸 Refund & Return Policy
Return Policy:
Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we do not accept returns.
Refund Eligibility:
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The mangoes were significantly damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
Refund Conditions:
- Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Photo or video evidence is required.
Refund Process:
If your complaint is verified, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days via the same method used for payment (bank transfer or merchant gateway).

Orders are confirmed only after full advance payment is received. Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.

We strive to deliver high-quality mangoes on time. However, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics beyond our control.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of relevant jurisdiction.
7. Payment Terms
All purchases require 100% advance payment via bank transfer or merchant payment gateway. COD is not available. Orders are confirmed and dispatched only after payment verification.
